Our bottles have 28mm necks so where necessary do re-use pumps you already have at home; if you don't have one at home you can purchase a pump here. We do recommend using a pump for the conditioners however the rest of the products can be easily poured direclty from the bottle.
Please re-use pumps and do not dispose of them once you have finished your product.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a notification email to let you know.
We currently ship to the UK and Europe (please check out FAQs section for the full list of delivery locations).
- For all deliveries within the UK we use Royal Mail 48 Tracked to deliver your parcel within 2 - 3 working days after we dispatch the parcel
- For deliveries to Europe we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed to your parcel within 3 - 5 working days after we dispatch the parcel
If your delivery address is outside the UK (within one of our European shipping areas) and you are planning on buying more than 4 products do get in touch with us directly to discuss shipping options. Unfortunately Royal Mail international delivery is capped at 2kg (which is 4 of our products) so we'll need to discuss shipping options with you beforehand so we can organise the most cost-effective and eco-friendly option for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (although we really hope you are) we are able to process a refund for the products if we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the products subject to the conditions set out below.
- To request a refund email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order reference number, the name of the products you would like to return and your reason for the refund.
- Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued.
